Order Fulfillment
Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale, in order to ensure proper service to its Customers, guarantees the receipt and acceptance of purchase orders until 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday; orders received after this time, as well as those received on Saturday, Sunday, or other holidays, will be considered received on the first business day following the order itself. Any reductions in working hours and/or interruptions in sales services during particular periods of the year (e.g., summer months) that may result in extended delivery times will be duly highlighted at the time of ordering, and it will be at the Customer's discretion whether or not to proceed with the confirmation of the same according to the indicated times. At the time of delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the sealing tapes
In the event of tampering and/or damage, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing "RESERVED FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other operator.
The Customer is required to report any damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods, by registered mail with return receipt or by email to the following addresses:

For every order, the Customer is required to provide at least one telephone contact to allow the express courier to contact them in case of difficulties with delivery; in the event that delivery is unsuccessful for reasons not attributable to Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale, or to the express courier for more than 5 consecutive days, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be charged storage costs as quantified by the express courier.
Delivery Times

Product delivery times vary depending on the item ordered by the Customer and the delivery methods chosen by the same. The times indicated for delivery terms are merely indicative and are not binding in any way for Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale. By using express courier transport, delivery is expected within a variable time of 1/5 business days from the time of the order. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated in the technical sheet of the individual product. For products for which the technical sheet reports delivery indications of 24/48 hours, the following indications apply:
A) Day 0 (order receipt)
the back office fulfills orders received by 1:00 p.m.; otherwise, they will be fulfilled the following day. The same applies to orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday: they will be processed on the first business day following the order itself. The order is processed according to the payment method chosen, and in particular:
- if the chosen payment method is BANK TRANSFER, the order will be fulfilled as soon as the credit is displayed on the bank account of Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale
- if the chosen payment method is CREDIT CARD, the order will be fulfilled after 24 hours. The order is transmitted to our warehouses by 6:00 p.m.;
B) Day 1 (Courier Shipping)
the day after the order, the Courier Shipping picks up the goods by 6:00 p.m. at our warehouses. The Accompanying Invoice containing the destination location and any notes entered in the order will be delivered to the courier. Simultaneously with the pickup of the product, an email will be sent to the customer containing the Shipping Number; this will allow the customer to track the delivery status and estimated times in real time on the Courier Shipping website.
C) Day 2 (delivery of the goods)
The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Methods
1) Standard Delivery:
Delivery takes place within 5 business days from the date of handover to the Courier. Specifically: we deliver within a maximum of 72 hours from when we hand over the goods to the courier. For all of Italy, including the islands, the shipping cost is indicated at the time of ordering. Furthermore, the above-described timing for the Islands may be subject to variation depending on unpredictable elements: for example, adverse weather conditions, etc.
