Terms of sale
The indicated selling prices are expressed in euros, VAT included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are always borne by the Customer and are invoiced at the time of order confirmation as a supplement to the selected products. Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale reserves the right to change prices without notice and to change shipping prices at its discretion, but undertakes to apply the prices in force and to explicitly display the prices and shipping costs, as indicated on the website, at the time of ordering. Any refunds are always issued by Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale through the payment system used to make the purchase. Terms subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005
Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale will issue an invoice, attaching it to the product intended for delivery
Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale will only include the data provided by the customer in the invoice, stating that no changes will be allowed after the invoice has been issued.
The customer can only purchase products that are available in the electronic catalog on the rallostore.com website at the time the order is sent. In this regard, Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale states that the images and technical data accompanying the product page should not be considered by the customer to be complete and exhaustive of the product's features, but may therefore differ in size, color, accessories, or other aspects.
For everything communicated and accepted by the customer so far, no liability can be attributed, for any reason whatsoever, to Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale by email, sent exclusively to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will repeat all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and to communicate any corrections within 2 days of receipt. Only then, after Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale has verified the actual availability of the item and the accuracy of the customer data, will it send the final acceptance of the contract by email, which is only from that moment considered concluded and entered into between the parties for all legal purposes.
By placing the order on the rallostore.com website, the customer declares that they have read the terms of sale, the proposed payment methods, and the entire purchasing process, and further declares that they accept them without any reservations and have received comprehensive information in this regard. Furthermore, with express reference to Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive by email all the information necessary to identify Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale, which the customer is required to keep at their own expense together with the email of acceptance of the contract.
In the event that the customer returns the purchased products for legitimate reasons, they must arrange for shipping within the established timeframes and exclusively to the registered office of Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale
Warranty
All products sold by Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by a 24-month warranty against defects in conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or the transport document) they will receive by email in PDF format. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the terms described in the documentation included in the product packaging. Please note that the 24-month warranty is reserved for private consumers (natural persons who purchase goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, or who make the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form).
In cases where the application of the warranty requires the return of the product, the item must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, accessories, and intact consumables); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, where possible, placing it in a second box; labels or adhesive tape should not be applied directly to the product's original packaging in any case.
All product shipments will be rejected and returned to the Sender at their expense if they:
- Are not packaged.
- Are received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and are therefore damaged during transport: the Warranty does not cover damage caused by the failure to use the original packaging and adequate external protective packaging.
By agreement, the Customer is excluded from any right to compensation for damages or indemnification, as well as from any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property.
Right of Withdrawal
- The product must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, accessories, and intact consumables);Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale reserves the right of return; in the event that Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale rejects the return, the Customer is obliged to pay the full price of the product by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale
- The product must be returned within the timeframes and in the manner described above to the address indicated by Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale
- Return shipping costs are always borne by the Customer
Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale reserves the right to inspect the returned goods to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
Refunds
Customers will have Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale as their sole point of contact for any complaint or issue related to either the ordering or after-sales phase. The company has all the tools available to handle issues through its Call Center and 24/7 messaging systems, analyze the problems, and seek a solution for each individual customer. Any refunds are issued by Rallo Store di Rallo Pasquale through the payment system used to make the purchase. The refund will be issued within 10 business days at the latest.
